In 2000, the automotive giant General Motors bought out the company and changed the history of Saab forever, turning it into a subsidiary company with plenty of potential American buyers.
Once Saab had officially become apart of General Motors, the franchise took off. Between the years of 2000 and 2012, Saab released a multitude of different vehicles. From the Saab 9-2X to the Saab 9-3, the craftsmanship helped earn them great reviews from famous car enthusiasts. Saab has become a great manufacturer since its start. The history of Saab are filled with up's and down's, but like any great company they have weathered the storm and continue to deliver great automobiles.
