About MG Car Covers
Although the origins of the UK automobile company MG are still uncertain, the company has been in operation since the 1920's. The first decade or so of the MG Car Company was fast paced, with multiple factory moves and expansions. From there, the MG Car Company became a segment of the British Motor Corporation Limited. The company would go through a number of changes until eventually it was sold to BMW in 1994.
The popular of MG cars did not cease. The MG Car Club, which began in 1930 near the start of the company, is still in operation in Abington, UK. For over 80 years, the company has welcomed MG car enthusiasts, offering endless resources for MG car owners. Along with it's own magazine, Safety First!, the car club has an annual MG car event in the UK., MG Live! The MG Car Club currently has about 35,000 members.
