The Empire Plus is our 100% waterproof car cover. This cover is has ultrasonically welded seams to prevent water penetration. The sophisticated SFS material has an inner micro-film material, allowing it to be 100% waterproof but also breathable to prevent mold and mildew damage from condensation.
