I had a Tyvek cover in the past for a smaller lower vehicle and really liked it so I thought to try one for my Audi Q5 small SUV. Well I have mixed feelings/results. On one hand it's light, folds up smaller and can be compacted if need be and it truly does keep the car cooler in 100 degree weather. Much more so than my worn out polywhatever cover I was using (made it hotter I think). Also dust control is better. I'm pleasantly surprised. Now the "but". It's light, meaning it's hard to maneuver on the car and any breeze blows it around making it difficult to put in place (especially if your vehicle is waxed). So this is where the bigger, heavier covers have an advantage in ease of use. I'm still trying to find a good method to get it in place. Maybe I didn't experience this in the past because my car was lower and smaller. Just something to consider before purchasing. Once in place though it stays on fine (even with the wind blowing) and the fit is good for a semi-custom cover.
