Back to Top - Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we are accepting orders for the United States and Canada only. To place an order to be shipped and/or billed to a Canadian address, call us toll free at 888-872-6855 and ask for an international sales representative.

Visit our customer service page and email us using the form on that page. We will get back to you shortly. You can also call us at 888-872-6855 and press 2 for customer service. If you need to request a return, you'll have to fill out the Return Request Form. All requests for returns will be responded to within two to five (2-5) business days.

You can buy through our Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sales representatives are available to assist you with your purchase or answer questions Monday to Thursday: 9am-8pm and Friday: 9am-5pm, Eastern Time. Not only do we keep our prices low, we also offer cheap, fast FEDEX ground shipping for usually $11.00 or less! Shipping is estimated for you automatically in the checkout process after you put in your shipping destination. We combine shipping on most orders, as well, saving you even more!
Back to Top - Can I get the tracking number for my order?
Yes. If you provided us with an email durring the checkout process, a tracking email will automatically be sent once your item ships. If you did not provide an email address, please call or email customer service. Include your full name and order number and we will gladly send you the tracking information.

We only have items available for sale on the website which we have in stock. Should we get an order for a backordered part, we will email you with an expected shipment date, and alternatives to your purchase if applicable. Back to Top - Are the prices going to stay the same?
Empirecovers has the right to change the prices for the covers as we feel necessary. We will not change the price during the transaction. Back to Top - What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Back to Top - How long does it take to receive my package?
Orders ship within two (2) business days of being received. Actual transit time with the shipment carrier varies depending on the service selected. We offer FedEx Ground shipping (3-7 business days), 2nd Business Day, and Next Business day shipping. Please note that expedited shipping times do not include order fulfilment time. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship out your order. Back to Top - Can I cancel an order?
We will gladly cancel any orders that have not shipped. Since most orders ship the following business day, please inform us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your product has shipped, it will be treated as a return, and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (FAQ #2 above). Back to Top - Warnings:
NOT LIABLE FOR REPAINTED SURFACES OR LACQUER PAINT. Repainted vehicles should not be covered for a minimum of 6 months. It is best to check with your body shop or paint manufacturer for recommended 'cure' time. Use of any cover on a repainted vehicle may cause damage that is not due to the cover, but due to the new paint.
NEVER cover a hot tail pipe.
NEVER cover a car with convertible top down, windows or sunroof open or t-roofs out, or while trailering a vehicle.
Please refer to and read all the literature enclosed with your vehicle cover regarding warnings, installation and care instructions prior to using your cover. Please contact us or the product manufacturer if you do not receive your instruction sheet.
