I have a problem with an order, what can I do?
Use the form on this page to email us. We will get back to you shortly. You can also call us at 888.872.6855 and press 2 for customer service. If you need to request a return, you'll have to fill out the Return Request Form. All requests for returns will be responded to within two to five (2-5) business days.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we are accepting orders for the United States and Canada only. To place an order to be shipped and/or billed to a Canadian address, call us toll free at 888.872.6855 and ask for an international sales representative.
Can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order please let us know as quickly as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you. Once an order begins processing it will be too late for us to cancel the order. Orders are submitted for processing twice a day, both in the morning and afternoon. Due to this, cancelation time periods will vary depending on when orders are submitted. When contacting us be sure to provide us know the order number, the full name it was placed under and the shipping zip code. If your product has begun processing, it will be treated as a return, and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (FAQ #1 above).
