Empire Covers will accept return requests within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days we can not process a return or exchange. For the full details on our Satisfaction Guarantee, and our Return Policy, see below.

Satisfaction Guarantee

EmpireCovers.com guarantees that the car cover, truck cover, van cover, suv cover or specialty cover you order will be new, free of defects, and will fit the vehicle for which you ordered. If an item arrives damaged, used, defective, or does not fit, EmpireCovers.com will exchange that item without additional charge. If we carry no suitable replacement (the product has been discontinued, there is no size that will effectively fit the vehicle, or other similar circumstance) you get your money back, less the shipping. Occasionally we will issue a free replacement order without requiring you to return your original item to expedite the return process. In the event you are issued a free replacement order you will not be able to return that item for a refund.

You must contact us to initiate any return, whether your return qualifies under our Satisfaction Guarantee or not.
You can not exchange an item ordered for a different vehicle under the Satisfaction Guarantee.


Return Terms and Conditions

All returns which do not qualify under the Satisfaction Guarantee above are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:

  • Returned merchandise cannot be dirty or used. It must be in new, unused, resellable condition.
  • Empire Covers is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization. You must contact us before you return an item to us. A restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise received without a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
  • Replacements are shipped upon receipt of your return item.
  • Refunds for unused, non-custom items are for the item only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Empire Covers.
  • Custom covers, Custom floor mats, and other "made-to-order" items are non-refundable - however, in the event that a custom item is delivered damaged or defective, Empire Covers will provide an exchange for an appropriate replacement.
  • EmpireCovers.com is not responsible if you do not receive your delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We provide you with tracking information emailed to you automatically once your order ships, and tracking information is available by telephone by calling 888-872-6855 during our normal business hours. Please contact FedEx with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.
  • On an approved return, Empire Covers will issue an RMA number. These RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and have a valid RMA number and are subject to inspection prior to processing.

Custom Items & Tonneau Covers

We do not accept returns on any tonneau cover or custom Lloyd floormat except in the rare cases of a defect in the product upon receipt, or an error in order fulfillment.

We strongly urge you to make sure you are ordering the correct custom product before placing your order. If you are unsure about anything related to your truck bed cover or custom floormat purchase, please call us at 888-872-6855 and we'll be happy to answer any questions you have. We can also place your order over the phone to make sure you get the right tonneau cover or custom floormat.

Close Out Patio Furniture Covers

All sales are final for Metro Black and Flora Patio Furniture Covers purchased on or before 8/20/10 (Friday, August 20, 2010). No refunds or returns will be accepted for these covers. All other collections will be accepted for normal returns.
