EmpireCovers Return Policy
EmpireCovers will accept return requests within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days we can not process a return or exchange. For the full details on our Satisfaction Guarantee, and our Return Policy, see below.

Holiday Return Policy
We here at Empire Covers understand that people like to buy gifts for the holidays in advance. We will be extending our return policy for any orders between November 28th until December 25th. Any orders placed between those dates will be able to return the order for a full refund up until February 1. There will be no exceptions to our regular return policy for orders not placed between those dates.
EmpireCovers guarantees that product you ordered will arrive in new condition, be free of defects and will properly fit the vehicle for which you ordered. If your item fails to meet the criteria above EmpireCovers will exchange the item for no additional charge. If we carry no suitable replacement, i.e. the product has been discontinued, there is no size that will effectively fit over the vehicle, or other similar circumstance, we will reimburse you for the price the product (this does not include shipping). Occasionally we will issue a free replacement order without requiring you to return your original item to expedite the return process. In the event you are issued a free replacement order you will not be able to return that item for a refund.
You must contact us to initiate any return, whether your return qualifies under our Satisfaction Guarantee or not.
You cannot exchange an item ordered for a different vehicle under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Return Terms and Conditions
All returns which do not qualify under the Satisfaction Guarantee above are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:
- Returned merchandise cannot be dirty or used. It must be in new, unused, resellable condition.
- EmpireCovers is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization. You must contact us before you return an item to us. A restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise received without a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
- Replacements are shipped upon receipt of your return item.
- Refunds for unused, non-custom items are for the item only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the product back to EmpireCovers.
- EmpireCovers is not responsible for failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We provide you with tracking information emailed to you automatically once your order ships, and tracking information is available by telephone by calling 888.872.6855 during our normal business hours. Please contact FedEx with your tracking number to resolve any delivery issues.
- On an approved return, EmpireCovers will issue an RMA number. These RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery and have a valid RMA number and are subject to inspection prior to processing.
- Photographs may be asked of any return to help back up and expedite a claim. There will be no pre-paid shipping labels given for sizing issues without a photo of the cover on the vehicle.
- If a package is deemed undeliverable or refused and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
- All exchanges are final. No products that have been received as an exchange are allowed to be returned.
Road/Rug Wrap Returns
There are absolutely no returns on used/opened Road/Rug Wrap. Any product(s) sent back that are in used/opened condition will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
For any carport return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Bimini Return Policy
Please note that due to their complex packing and shipping cost, all bimini returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs involved. EmpireCovers will gladly correct any incorrectly shipped or defective item at no extra charge to the customer within the first 30 days of receiving the order. This includes all replacement canvas tops as well as tops sold with frames.
All rocket launcher returns will also have a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs included.
