  2. Do you accept international orders?
    Currently, we are accepting orders for the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada only. To place an order to be shipped and/or billed to a Canadian address, simply select 'Canada' in the Country menu when entering your address in checkout, or if you need assistance, call us toll free at 888.872.6855 .

  3. I have a problem with an order, what can I do?
    Visit our customer service page and email us using the form on that page. We will get back to you shortly. You can also call us at 888.872.6855 and press 2 for customer service. If you need to request a return, you'll have to fill out the Return Request Form. All requests for returns will be responded to within two to five (2-5) business days.

  4. What are your business hours?
    We're available Mon-Wed 9am-8pm Fri-Sun 9am-5pm . You can buy through our Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sales representatives are available to assist you with your purchase or answer questions. You may also contact us at sales@empirecovers.com and we will provide a prompt response.

  5. How long does it take to ship and cost?
    Lightning Fast Shipping! Our economy shipping will be sent through FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost (free for orders $89.99 and over). We also have expedited shipping available.   6. Can I get the tracking number for my order?
    Yes. If you provided us with an email durring the checkout process, a tracking email will automatically be sent once your item ships. If you did not provide an email address, please call or email customer service. Include your full name and order number and we will gladly send you the tracking information.

  7. What happens if the item is not available?
    We only have items available for sale on the website which we have in stock. Should we get an order for a backordered part, we will email you with an expected shipment date, and alternatives to your purchase if applicable. Back to Top
  8. Are the prices going to stay the same?
    Empirecovers has the right to change the prices for the covers as we feel necessary. We will not change the price during the transaction. Back to Top

  10. How long does it take to receive my package?
    Orders ship within two (2) business days of being received. Actual transit time with the shipment carrier varies depending on the service selected. Our economy shipping will be sent through FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost (3-10 business days). We also offer 2nd Business Day and Next Business day shipping.   11. Can I cancel an order?
    If you need to cancel an order please let us know as quickly as possible and we will do our best to cancel the order for you. Once an order begins processing it will be too late for us to cancel the order. Orders are submitted for processing twice a day, both in the morning and afternoon. Due to this, cancelation time periods will vary depending on when orders are submitted. When contacting us be sure to provide us know the order number, the full name it was placed under and the shipping zip code. If your product has begun processing, it will be treated as a return, and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy (FAQ #1 above). Back to Top
  12. Warnings:
    EmpireCovers will not be responsible for any damages to the exterior of vehicles with newly repainted surfaces or lacquer paint. If your vehicle has recently been repainted do not cover for a minimum of 6 months. For best outcome check with your body shop for a recommended time period before coving. Use of any cover on a repainted vehicle may cause damage that is not due to the cover, but due to the new paint.

    NEVER cover a hot tail pipe.

    NEVER cover a car with convertible top down, windows or sunroof open or t-roofs out, or while trailering a vehicle.

    Please refer to and read all the literature enclosed with your vehicle cover regarding warnings, installation and care instructions prior to using your cover. Please contact us or the product manufacturer if you do not receive your instruction sheet.
