Empirecovers.com is committed to serving our customers and being involved in our community. We are always looking for new ways to reach out and give back to those who have helped us along the way. Recently we've taken small steps to minimize our impact on the environment. Reducing the amount of packaging waste we produce is one step we are taking towards becoming a "green" company. By recycling some of our boxes, we conserve ink, paper, glue and the energy needed to produce new boxes. Another way that we have decided to give back is by sponsoring local and nationwide events such as car, motorcycle, and boat shows. STAR Chapter 287's (a local motorcycle club) Annual Poker Run and Bike Show benefiting Mothers Matter is one of the events we are sponsoring in our area. All the proceeds of this event will go to the "Feed the Children" charity, which delivers food, medicine, clothing and other necessities to people who lack these essentials due to famine, war, poverty, or natural disaster.
Another event we are sponsoring is The Monterey Rock and Rod Festival. This car show and oldies rock festival benefits Gateway Center of Monterey County, Inc., a non-profit, organization serving the needs of developmentally disabled adults.
