What is your Return Policy?
We accept Returns up to 30 days after you receive your product. View our full Return Policy here.

I have a problem with an order, what can I do?
Use the form on this page to email us. We will get back to you shortly. You can also call us at 888-872-6855 and press 2 for customer service. If you need to request a return, you'll have to fill out the Return Request Form. All requests for returns will be responded to within two to five (2-5) business days.

Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we are accepting orders for the United States and Canada only. To place an order to be shipped and/or billed to a Canadian address, call us toll free at 888-872-6855 and ask for an international sales representative.

Can I cancel an order?
We will gladly cancel any orders that have not shipped. Since most orders ship the following business day, please inform us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your product has shipped, it will be treated as a return, and is subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.
